I remember the first time i ate an organically grown apple. It had been grown in a hydrophonic state. No pesticides,no artificial grow formulas and no free radical infested environment.
What did this apple taste like. This apple made our regular store bought apples taste like cardboard. Not only that but after doing a little research i came to an astonishing conclusion. The fruits and vegetables grown today, do not have the same amount of nutrients they had 40-50 years ago. Now, hows that for a kick.
We are at a stage were it my actually become necessary to include specialty supplements in all aspects of our diet. Some say that these nutrients in some cases have been depleted upto 35-40 percent. Scary world we live in. Well, like anything in life. Research is key. Before your purchase any supplement you should get as many facts as you can. Then and only then would I suggest you make a purchase.
My grade eight teacher told me to believe nothing of what i hear and only 50 percent of what i see. In this case i would say believe 10 percent of what you read and 90 percent of what you feel. We are all different. We all have different metabolisms. This means that everything will work a little different for everyone. Well, best in health and keep on living.
